Our personal training sessions are one-on-one, go by the hour, and include exercises catering to your specific goals. Programs are crafted after an initial assessment of your needs, and clients will be constantly evaluated to monitor growth properly. Once progress is shown, client plans will be adjusted accordingly.
Who Are Our Clients?
Progress-In Personal Training provides one-on-one training to residents of the Upper East and West Side of Manhattan, Westchester, Putnam, and Dutchess County. Our client base includes children, teenagers, athletes, professionals, and the elderly. Whoever you are, we've got you covered!
